Kubrick4TAMB Theme for Thingamablog

This is my port of the ever-popular Kubrick by Michael Heilemann to Thingamablog.

Two versions are available for download:

Version 1 (original) where the permalinks point to the “entry pages” if you have selected to publish them in your Thingamablog archive settings.

Version 2 where the permalinks point to the “monthly archive page” if you have selected to not publish entry pages.

Full credit for the design goes to Michael Heilemann as he is the original author.

Both versions are released under the same GPL terms as the original so please feel free to modify it in any way you want, but please leave the credits, especially to Michael.

Installation instructions for both versions

1. Unzip the kubrick4tamb.zip (or kubrick4tamb2.zip) file into a convenient location.
2. Locate your Thingamablog database (it will have a numerical folder name i.e. “1118777427031″) and copy all the database files to a safe place as a backup so you can return to your original templates in case of problems.
3. Open the “templates” folder and overwrite the template file with those in the Kubrick4TAMB archive.
4. Next open the “web” folder and copy the “images” folder to it and overwrite the “styles-site.css” file with the one in the archive.
5. Republish your blog. (Make sure that you choose to republish your entire blog.)

If everything went well you should now have the Kubrick4TAMB theme installed.
